Shipping policy

At Monarque, we strive to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving them. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery Partners: We work with trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional fee.

Serviceable Locations: We currently ship Pan India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays: While we aim to deliver on time, occasional delays due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible.
